Between May 14 and May 18, 2023, there was QR 343,656,789 worth of real estate trading in sales contracts that were recorded with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.
The list of real estate properties traded for sale has reportedly included unoccupied lands, homes, and residential buildings, according to the department’s weekly bullet.
The municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Al Wakra, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal were home to the majority of sales operations.
From May 7 to May 11, 2023, there were 474,177,083 real estate sales contracts recorded at the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department.
