Throughout Qatar’s museums, Qatar Museums will organize a variety of summer programs for kids that will feature a wide selection of fun and instructive activities.
The programs, which will promote learning, creativity, and wellbeing while giving kids an immersive experience, will be given by five museums and the recently created AI Digital Centre.
From July 11 to July 13, the Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) will conduct the program “Exploring the Influence of Water,” which will invite kids ages 8 to 12 to embark on an original and enjoyable examination of their own wellbeing.
The three-day program is QR150, which includes a lunchbox. There are only 20 spots available for the program, which is taught in English and Arabic.
The summer program for the Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum (QOSM) will begin on July 16 and 17, from 9 am to 1 pm. The program gives kids a fun opportunity to participate in a variety of physical activities that help them learn about their own skills.
The two-day program is QR100, which includes a lunchbox. Children ages 8 to 12 are the target audience for the program, which is taught in English and Arabic. 20 spots are available.
On July 18, from 9 am to 1 pm, the National Museum of Qatar (NMoQ) will conduct its summer program “Painting your Thoughts,” inviting kids ages 8 to 12 to explore health and self-expression through art. Participants will have the chance to express themselves and benefit from creative activities’ therapeutic effects by exploring their feelings. The course is delivered in both Arabic and English. The price of the program is QR50, which includes a lunchbox.
The Bookmaking and Mixed Media Workshop at Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art is open to kids ages 8 to 12 on July 19 and 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Children who take part in this program are encouraged to experiment with various art mediums while learning about various ideas and techniques used in modern and contemporary art.

From July 23 to July 27, Dadu, the Children’s Museum of Qatar, will hold a summer program at QOSM that will focus on health, wellness, and the environment.
A ground-breaking summer event called “Coding Your Wellbeing with the AI Digital Centre” will be presented by the NMoQ’s AI Digital Centre from July 30 to August 3.
The class is free, but there are only 20 spots available each day. Both Arabic and English will be used to conduct the program.
