Amdocs (DOX) came out with quarterly earnings of $1.16 per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.18 per share. This compares to earnings of $1.23 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.– Zacks

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of -1.69%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this provider of computer systems integration would post earnings of $1.18 per share when it actually produced earnings of $1.35, delivering a surprise of 14.41%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates two times.

Amdocs, which belongs to the Zacks Computers – IT Services industry, posted revenues of $1.09 billion for the quarter ended September 2021, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 1.76%. This compares to year-ago revenues of $1.05 billion. The company has topped consensus revenue estimates three times over the last four quarters.
