Viral video footage showing a nursery worker in Lebanon severely abusing the children in her charge sparked outrage on social media.
A woman was shown violently abusing and forcing food into youngsters in the social media footage, while another staff member can be heard laughing at the scene.
The mother can be plainly seen striking and force-feeding a youngster, who is under a year old, according to the Lebanese news website “Al-Nahar.” She was also seen hitting a small girl and forcingly giving her a big piece of food while pretending to be a choking risk.

The video has outraged the Lebanese people, who are calling for the owner of the nursery and the staff members involved to face the worst sanctions available.
A janitor who works at the Gardereve nursery in the Matn region of Lebanon captured the incident on camera and gave it to the parents of the children. After that, the parents took their kids out of the nursery and complained.
After the video went viral, according to a separate story from the Lebanese news website “Lebanon Debate,” some of the parents of the kids seen in the video confronted the attacker at her home.
The nursery was recently closed by the authorities, who also submitted the suspects for further investigation.
