The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) strongly condemned and denounced Israel’s ongoing and egregious attacks against the Palestinian people, particularly the most recent attack on the Jenin camp in the West Bank.
The attack on the Jenin camp by the Israeli occupation, according to GCC Secretary-General Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, is a flagrant breach of international laws and charters and thwarts peace efforts aimed at resolving the Palestinian cause.
He demanded swift and immediate international action to put an end to these violent attacks and repressive policies that caused many martyrs to die and alienated the comradely Palestinian people.
Albudaiwi repeated his appeal to the institutions of the international community to act quickly to resurrect the efforts to help the Palestinian people secure their legal rights to the establishment of their state on the territory of 1967 with east Jerusalem as its capital.
