The Middle Eastern region’s top workplaces for millennials were recently revealed by the international research, training, and consultancy business Great Place to Work.
The top 50 list included businesses from Qatar, including Shift W.L.L., Universal Media Qatar, AlBahia Beauty Salon, Waka Kitchens, and The One.
The list honors the best workplaces for millennials across a number of industries in the GCC nations.
Lamees ElZeghaty, Regional Lists and Certifications Manager of Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE & KSA, Great Place to Work Middle East, praised the significance of these companies and their contribution to the local community and strengthening the country’s economy in an interview with The Peninsula regarding the recognition received by Qatari firms.
Additionally, she stated, “We are thrilled to announce the winners of our highly anticipated Best Workplaces for Millennials list, showcasing the organizations that have excelled in creating a thriving work environment for the millennial workforce.”
She mentioned that Great Place to Work carried out millennial-targeted questionnaires to understand the company’s welcoming attitude toward employees.
ElZeghaty continued, “Through a thorough evaluation process, employees from these exceptional companies have anonymously shared their experiences, providing useful insights into what truly makes a workplace millennial-friendly.”
However, millennials remain a crucial force in the workplace, bringing fresh perspectives and original ideas to their employers.
In 2022, 135 FDI projects generated over 14,000 new employment possibilities, according to IPA Qatar’s annual report. In order to revitalize Qatar’s economy, foreign investors have considerably cooperated with local businesses and intend to increase their presence there.

The International Media Office of Qatar recently tweeted that the robust performances of the companies in several significant industries have improved the country’s flourishing economy’s position for the coming years.
The top-ranked businesses, according to the officials, are examples of how to support Millennials in their careers by providing job chances for professional growth and encouraging cultures that encourage work-life balance.
