QNB honors its staff members’ completion of the Kawader Malia Program in 2023

The eighth batch of the National Kawader Malia Program “Financial Cadres” 2023, launched by the Qatar Finance and Business Academy in collaboration with the Qatar Central Bank and a number of other strategic partners, included 10 of QNB’s employees, making it the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa.

By offering prestigious professional development programs and certificates from internationally recognized institutions, the program aims to professionally empower Qatari nationals who have recently graduated or entered the workforce in the fields of finance and business. It also hopes to inspire future generations to take an interest in these specializations and to develop their aspirations and skills.

The program’s goal is to prepare recent graduates or newly hired personnel for leadership roles in the financial services industry. The bank’s diamond sponsorship of the program is in accordance with the development objectives that support the Qatar National Vision 2030.

Abdullah Nasser Al Khalifa, Senior Executive Vice President – QNB Group Human Capital, stated as follows in this regard: “As a leading financial institution locally and internationally, we are keen to participate in supporting and developing a generation of Qatari leaders in the financial sector.”

“We are proud of the graduation of a number of our qualified employees in the eighth batch of the Kawader Malia Program 2023, which will constitute a landmark in their professional future,” he concluded. Many people are inspired by these kinds of programs to improve their abilities and advance in pursuing their goals in line with the demands of the market and the state’s overall vision.
