Global Emerging Markets Provide $310 Million in Equity Funding to Triller Inc.

Triller Inc. and GEM Global Yield LLC SCS have secured $310 million in funding from GEM, a private alternative investment group with its headquarters in Luxembourg. Following a public listing of Triller’s common stock, GEM will grant Triller up to $310 million in equity capital for a 36-month period under the terms of the agreement. Triller will be able to expand its toolkit for the creator community and achieve breakeven or profitability in the near future thanks to the capital injection from GEM.

Triller is an open-garden AI-powered platform for content creators that encourages its influencers to share the content they produce on the app across various social media networks. Triller also uses its own AI technology to push and track their content virally to affiliated and non-affiliated sites and networks, allowing them to reach millions of additional users.

According to a statement from the company, Triller has 10 business lines, eight of which are break-even or profitable, and conducts 750 million interactions every quarter, each of which has the potential to be monetized by the company in the future.
